The Immaculate Conception iz located in Quipayo. They says it is very old and I guess it is because of the design of the church. Weather it is old, it is still beautiful. It is perfect for events such as weddings.
They say that this is the oldest church here in Bicol. This is founded in 1578 by the Franciscan missionaries Friar Pablo de Jesus at Bartolome Ruiz. The premier of the previous missions, the visitors of Ligmanan, Bangon, Calabanga, Bombon until they were spent in years 1586, 1687, and 1749, accourding to the circumcision. From 1902 until now, Quipayo became the parish village barrio of the village Calabanga.
From the original nipa ang wood, the current tile of the church was built under the rule of the Friar Francisco Gaviriano in 1616. However, the front of the church erupted in 1949 due to heavy rain. The patron of the parish is the virgin of Immaculate Conception. In 1659, San Roque became the second patron.
